Learn how to find and merge duplicate records.
The Duplicate Management feature within Convio is not a feature we use. I have removed it from the menu system to avoid confusion. The way to find duplicate records is to view a constituent profile, then choose the "Find Duplicates" link on the modify profile tab.
If the record you are matching does not have the same email address, when the dialog pops up choose the options to not search by matching email, but by same name or similar name.
On the next screen, you will select the master record to merge TO:
Then to merge the matching record.
After that, select the fields to merge, and save.
